How does the website work?
Place your order and include a valid email. We prepare your secure download link and send it by email. Links are typically delivered in ~15 minutes when we’re online, or within 1–8 hours if we’re away.
How will I receive the course?
By default, we deliver a secure Google Drive link. If you prefer, we can deliver to your pCloud or Mega account — just request it.
What formats do you provide?
Video (MP4/TS), Audio (MP3), and Documents (PDF/Word/PPTX). All files are high quality and easily usable on laptops, tablets, and phones.
Do the links expire?
Links are intended for long-term access. If a link ever breaks, email us and we’ll provide a fresh link for your purchase.
Can you upload to my pCloud or Mega?
Yes. Provide your account (with sufficient space), and we’ll upload the course there and notify you when it’s ready. For privacy, you may use a separate, blank account.
Do you issue certificates?
No. We provide study materials (videos, audios, documents) for education and exam preparation. Certificates are not included.
Are there extra fees or taxes?
No. The price shown on the product page is the final price — no additional fees or taxes.
The course names and brochure titles differ. Why?
Course schedules may change by the original publisher, or titles may be shortened/abbreviated. Check our product description — we list included videos, audios, and documents.
I can’t find a course I need. Can you source it?
Absolutely. Tell us the exact title and publisher via the contact form below — we’ll try to make it available quickly.
What if I don’t receive my link?
Please check your inbox (and any filtered folders). If you still don’t see it after the stated window (up to 8 hours), email [email protected] and we’ll resend immediately.
