DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and promptly act on valid notices.

1) Our Policy

Medical.Schule complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Upon receiving a valid notice, we investigate and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material (including listings, metadata, or links).

2) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

Please send a written notice containing:

  • Your physical/electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
  • Location of the material on Medical.Schule (exact URL(s); include any file names/IDs if applicable).
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • Accuracy statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”

3) Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with:

  • Your physical/electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone, and email.
  • Statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal District Court (or any judicial district where the service provider is found if you’re outside the U.S.) and accepting service from the complainant or their agent.

4) Repeat Infringers

Where applicable, we may suspend or terminate access for users deemed repeat infringers.

5) Important Notes

  • Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices/counter-notices may lead to legal liability.
  • Our catalog provides access to educational materials via secure cloud delivery (usually Google Drive; on request pCloud/Mega). We process valid notices relating to content accessible through our platform or links.
  • We aim to respond promptly to complete notices.
